We bought a house built by Adrian over a year ago and we have been very pleased with their construction quality, responsiveness and thoughtful design. 

Since the purchase, we haven't had any major problem with the property. Of the minor problems we encountered, mostly due to wear and tear, such as a burnt fuse or clogged sprinkler system, Adrian was always able to help us isolate the cause and/or put us in touch with a contractor who can fix it.  We recently installed solar panels and the contractor commented that the job was a breeze due to all the wiring and piping already in place so they did not have to cut open any wall.

We really appreciate Adrian, for being so responsive and helpful when we have any questions or problems... even almost two years after the sale!

We had a major construction projects done to our house and there was a reason we did not re-hire the first contractor to help us with the second project. We are beyond lucky and so thankful to finally find Adrian with our project. Adrian and his crew were fantastic. Not only were they skilled, but they were very respectful of us living in the house during construction. They minimize their work space when they can and went far and beyond to help us be comfortable with the construction. We had an unexpected problem (who doesn't) during our project that required advance knowledge of the business, again Adrian came to the rescue! Problems were solved in one week!

Overall, we would describe Adrian as honest hardworking very experienced and very reasonably priced, especially in today's difficult home remodeling environment! Recommend without any reservations!

I think what impressed me most beyond the quality of his workmanship was Adrian's work ethic. He is honest and good natured. He was patient with me when I had trouble making decisions and his advice was always sound. He always showed up on the days and times he said he would, and his management of the process was seamless. We can not say enough about our experience with Adrian during our recent remodel.

We did a moderate sized remodel including four bathrooms, a family room, living room, our front and back door as well as installing large sliders. From the get go Adrian struck as as very different from the other contractors we received estimates from. He was a great communicator and showed up when he said he would. From start to finish he was organized, thorough, creative, and a great advocate for us when dealing with subcontractors. He was detail oriented and always made sure things were done right. He was almost always on the job site and was always available to meet with us to go through issues as they came up. In addition, the projects within our remodel that Adrian did himself were done impeccably. He even made us a custom sauna that rivals anything we could have bought!

We could not have been happier with his work. In addition to his excellence as a contractor we just really enjoyed getting to know Adrian. He is kind, down to earth and humble. He is a joy to work with and anyone would be lucky to have him as their contractor!

Adrian paid a lot of attention to detail, delivered high quality work, and very transparent on costs (when we found things were less than expected the savings would be passed through).

Worked with Adrian on a relatively impactful remodel that involved demo'ing a bathroom, building two bathrooms from scratch, a new room, some structural & foundation work, all on a very steep hill. I'm working with Adrian again on another project and have recommended him to many others (including my own parents).

My experience with Adrian from day one was excellent. My primary goal was to take down two walls between my kitchen and living room. I met with another contractor who told me that I would need to install a steel beam to do so. That contractor quoted me $19,000 to purchase and install the beam, which would have also included going through an exterior wall to get the beam into the house. On top of that, the contractor told me that I needed to hire a structural engineer to draw up the plans which would have been another $4,000.

However, after reviewing the original plans and scoping the ceiling above the existing walls, Adrian determined that the walls were not structural and no beam or engineer was necessary. The walls were taken down in under a day with no unneeded damage to the exterior of my house or need for a structural engineer at all. Having this extra money in my budget allowed me to do much more than I ever set out to do.

On top of removing the walls, Adrian and his team did incredible work moving and installing plumbing and electrical, installing marble countertops, cabinets, backsplash, lights and hardwood floors, as well as resurfacing walls and painting throughout the house. When he and his crew left each day, they cleaned up and kept the house livable which was particularly important to us since we were living upstairs throughout the whole process. I also want to mention that Adrian has great carpentry skills. I had a specific vanity that I wanted in my half bath that didn't quite fit. Adrian was able to modify in a way that made it fit perfectly in the space.
