Founder Adrian Smith has been involved in construction his whole life.

Starting as a young boy, Adrian would spend summers building homes with his grandfather in Sun Valley, Idaho. Mostly cleaning the site the first couple years, giving the guys an extra hand, he was always eager to learn. By age 12, he was wearing a carpenter's belt, reading plans, and laying out walls. It was here that he developed most of the skills to build and manage construction projects. And it was here that his grandfather instilled in him the values of hard work, quality craftsmanship, and honesty.
